Speed up creating layered windows with Hellbent- GDI library and PopupWindow class

The other day I was on a call with Hellbent and he mentioned a new class he’d developed to help creating layered windows.  We decided to record a video walking through how to use his PopupWindow class.  We also showed his tool for examining all the functions in the GDI library.  I included all of the files covered in the below download.  If you’re new to Hellbent, you should check out his YouTube channel.
