Want One Key to Do More?
Built-in shortcuts only work while Google Sheets is the active window, and you can’t add new ones. These tools let you pick your own hotkeys:
- Prompt Assistant: paste a formula you use often, like =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(A2,Data!A:C,3,FALSE),””), into a cell with a hotkey you pick
- Data Analyst Tools: more of our picks for people who spend their day in spreadsheets
- Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer Tools: tools for bookkeepers who track numbers in Sheets
